Manuscripts accepted for publication in ALOKANTARA must demonstrate scholarly rigor and contribute significantly to the global educational discourse by meeting one or more of the following objectives:

Publication Frequency: ALOKANTARA: Advanced Education Review is a quarterly journal published four times a year in January, April, July, and October. This publication cycle is designed to support the academic milestones of researchers and educators worldwide, ensuring that high-quality scholarly work is disseminated in a timely and consistent manner to the global academic community.

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts strictly using the ALOKANTARA Official Template and ensure compliance with academic ethical standards, specifically passing both similarity checks and AI writing detection via Turnitin with indices below 20%. The use of citation management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote adhering to the APA 7th Edition style is mandatory. Manuscripts that fail to strictly follow these guidelines, fall outside the journal's scope, or exhibit high levels of plagiarism or AI-generated content will be subject to immediate desk rejection without peer review. Only manuscripts that meet these rigorous standards will proceed to the editorial process.

Cipta Karsa: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah jurnal ilmiah double-blind peer review yang diterbitkan oleh Pustakaloka Pedia Indonesia. Jurnal ini didedikasikan sebagai wadah diseminasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan, penerapan teknologi tepat guna, dan inovasi sosial.
Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala 3 kali setahun (Januari, Mei, dan September) dan menerima naskah multidisiplin yang mencakup bidang Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Sosial Humaniora, Ekonomi & Kewirausahaan, Teknik, serta Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Kami mengundang para dosen, peneliti, mahasiswa, dan praktisi untuk mempublikasikan artikel hasil pengabdian yang memiliki dampak nyata bagi masyarakat.
Ruang Lingkup (Scope)
Cipta Karsa menerima naskah yang mencakup, namun tidak terbatas pada topik-topik berikut:- Pendidikan dan Pengembangan SDM: Pelatihan, penyuluhan, dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat.
- Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan: Program kesehatan masyarakat, sanitasi, dan gizi.
- Sosial, Humaniora, dan Budaya: Pelestarian budaya, pemberdayaan sosial, dan moderasi beragama.
- Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, dan UMKM: Pendampingan usaha mikro, manajemen bisnis, dan ekonomi kreatif.
- Teknik, Rekayasa, dan Infrastruktur: Penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan perbaikan fasilitas umum.
- Pertanian, Perikanan, dan Ketahanan Pangan: Inovasi tani, budidaya, dan pengolahan hasil panen.
- Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi: Digitalisasi desa, sistem informasi, dan literasi digital.
- Hukum, Kebijakan Publik, dan Tata Kelola: Advokasi hukum, tata kelola desa, dan kebijakan publik.

Penulis wajib menyusun naskah secara ketat menggunakan Template Resmi Cipta Karsa dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar etika akademik, khususnya lolos cek plagiasi dan deteksi penulisan AI melalui Turnitin dengan indeks di bawah 20%.
Penggunaan perangkat lunak manajemen sitasi seperti Mendeley, Zotero, atau EndNote dengan gaya selingkung APA 7th Edition bersifat wajib. Naskah yang tidak mengikuti panduan ini, berada di luar ruang lingkup jurnal, atau menunjukkan tingkat plagiasi/AI yang tinggi akan dikenakan penolakan langsung (desk rejection) tanpa melalui proses review.
